Character design is my favorite line of artwork. I'm comfortable working with a variety of species and styles, but I specialize creating feline and 'taur designs in a sketchy finish.

I retain all copyright to the artwork I've created and reserve the right to use designs I've made and artwork of them for advertising and portfolio purposes. At this time I do not approve of commercial use of my designs nor artwork I've created.Credit should be given to me ( tamatafrog ) as the designer and should never be revoked. Credit can be given as the listed “creator” on toyhou.se, through watermarked credit on the design’s original artwork, or mentioning “tamatafrog” as the designer on other platforms.


Authorization and Reselling of Designs
Designs may be set to auth-only or privated for the owner’s comfort, but I should be provided an authorization or key to any privated design I have made. My designs should never be deleted off of toyhou.se or sold outside of the platform. If an interested buyer for a design does not have a toyhou.se account, feel free to reach out to me and I will personally provide an invite code for them.In the case of reselling a design, the value of said design should not be inflated, and it should only be resold for its original price or lower unless additional value has been added through commissioned or personal artwork. Designs that have been obtained via gift or raffle maintain a value of $0 and should only be regifted unless additional value has been added.I will not involve myself in disputes regarding trade-locks, priority pinging, or co-owning of characters I have designed. I advise being mindful of who you share your characters with or sell to. In the case of co-owning, I do not allow multiple separate profiles of designs I've made. Multiple owners of a design may share a character through one owner holding the profile, or the character's profile being transferred between them.


Referencing Designs by Tamatafrog
Do not directly copy or heavily reference my designs. Hypos are acceptable so long as the related design is distinctly unique from the original. Minimal edits to a design are acceptable as long as the design remains recognizable to the original. Do not make edits to original artwork of the design nor delete my original artwork without my explicit permission.


Payment and Refund Policy
Payments may be taken via zelle, ko-fi / stripe, cashapp, venmo, and paypal.Commissions are to be paid upfront before any work begins, unless discussed otherwise. Refunds are only offered if I cancel the commission myself. Commissions may be cancelled by the client at any time prior to payment being sent. Sales are final after purchase, and I do not offer refunds for design sales.If a payment plan or hold is needed, please disclose this in your initial offer. I prefer plans to be paid within a week-month timeline, however longer plans may be discussed with higher value offers and a non-refundable down payment of atleast 25%. I am more open to discussing longer plans with reliable customers I've previously worked with. Dropping bids, ghosting, or failing to follow through with plans may result in being blacklisted / blocked from purchasing my work.


Base Usage Terms
These terms apply unless specified otherwise. Credits for any base usage should be linked to @twomatafrog on toyhou.se, or mentioning @tamatafrog as the creator of the base.When using any of my bases, you are free to edit the base to your liking, use the base to design and sell adopts, and fill in the base with pre-existing designs for personal use. You may relocate my signature on the base, but it should not be removed from the image. You may not claim my linework as your own nor trace over it to claim it. The files of bases that were achieved through payment (pay to use bases) should not redistributed to anyone who has not purchased it.
